Principe Borghese is a mid-late, indeterminate with small 60g plum shaped fruit. It is a prolific producer with tomatoes set on clusters of 7-10 fruit that hold extremely well on the vine.
Eat fresh in salad or dry for sun dried tomatoes. They also make outstanding oven roasted tomatoes.
